DSS Finally Release Omoyele Sowore After 126 Days

The Department of State Security has just released Sahara reporters founder and convener of #RevolutionNow protest Omoyele Sowore.

This is coming after a federal high court in Abuja ordered the DSS to release him to his lawyer Femi Falana with immediate effect.

Also after several failed attempts since he was granted bail in September, this is the one time his release has been confirmed.

However, Sowore was arrested in August and spent 126 days in detention before being released on Thursday, 5th December 2019.
